- Having a voice in terms of educational initiatives and responses (QCAR, State and federal Government reforms)
- Advocate for effective consultation in BCE review processes (Work Intensification, Appointment protocols)
- Continue to explore Primary Principals Professional and Pastoral Support in formalised ways (mentoring, debriefing, support teams)
